How the plugin processes your itinerary
When you use prepare_trip, your itinerary title, notes and language are sent through your AI host to our Cloudflare-hosted service to validate formatting and create a link. We store that itinerary title, notes and language in Cloudflare for 3 days to provide a short import link, then automatically expire the record. We do not intentionally log itinerary contents or store your other chat history.
Service providers
Cloudflare and your AI host may process network and security metadata, including IP addresses, under their own policies. We disable Worker application observability logs. No AI model is called by this service, and no advertising or analytics code is included.
Plugin import links
Generated short links contain a random identifier. Anyone with the link can retrieve the itinerary until it expires after 3 days. Contact hello@ahi-lab.com with the link to request earlier deletion. Legacy links may contain the itinerary in the URL fragment and cannot be revoked centrally. Do not include passport numbers, payment information or private booking references.
The app and your local data
Opening/importing in Traviz is a separate action. The app stores trips locally and uses location/map providers for visualization. See Traviz app privacy. Contact us for privacy questions. Trips saved only on your device are not accessible to us.
Short links shared from the app
When you tap Share in Traviz, the trip title, notes and language are stored on Cloudflare for 3 days to provide a short link. Anyone with that link can read the itinerary. Only the shared trip is uploaded; other saved trips remain on your device. Links expire automatically after 3 days. We do not intentionally log itinerary contents. Contact hello@ahi-lab.com with the share link to request earlier deletion.
Revising the same trip with its existing link renews the 3-day expiry. People who already have the link can see the updated itinerary.
